Project Manager – Renewed Community Engagement Project

Hill House Hospice seeks a Project Manager to lead a Renewed Community Engagement Project aimed at improving access to hospice palliative care information for equity-deserving groups, including newer immigrant, Indigenous, LGBTQ2S+, and low-income communities. This individual will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of a peer ambassador program that delivers culturally sensitive, community-based educational sessions on end-of-life care options.
