The successful applicant will provide support to clients in the community. This position requires the individual to work independently, and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
Reporting to the Manager of Community and Youth Development, this position will include the planning and delivery of targeted prevention groups and services. This position will include opportunities to provide program offerings across the Halton region as part of the prevention services team and will work collaboratively with this team, and other ROCK staff to develop and deliver programming.
As a ROCK Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing assessment and treatment services to children, youth, and families. Your passion for therapeutic intervention, skills development, and psycho-education will drive your work in individual, family, and group settings. You will coordinate cases, advocate for clients, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
