Director of Children & Youth Programs

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, and in collaboration with the leadership team, the Director of Children & Youth Programs is responsible for leading the agency’s initiatives with respect to planning, delivery and evaluation of programs to support children, youth and their families.

Case Manager – Social Work

The Case Manager, will be responsible for case management and day-to-day administrative duties of the Urgent Care program, supporting the offsite popup clinics, assisting the Pet Parent Support Network Program, providing support to families accessing care through Public Veterinary and/or Shelter Services, and providing support for pet loss grief.

Manager, Human Resources

The Manager, Human Resources, reporting to and working with the Chief People Officer (CPO), will be responsible for supporting the CPO in achieving strategic human resources objectives that drive the organization’s people-focused mission. As a key contributor within the People & Culture team, the Manager is key in embedding DEI into all HR functions, creating an inclusive workplace culture, and supporting initiatives that promote belonging, fairness, and respect.

Community Prevention Worker – Thunder Bay

Community Prevention Workers provide culturally grounded STBBI & harm reduction education, one-to-one service navigation supports, access to harm reduction supplies and STBBI testing, run drop-in programming and facilitate cultural workshops and educational groups for community. Community Prevention Workers report to the Team Lead with the following areas of responsibilities: Harm Reduction, Community, and Education Programs and Services; Testing, Treatment & Linkage to Care.
