Intensive case management services are a key part of the continuum of mental health services and supports for people with serious mental illness. The successful candidate will have the ability to nurture strong and trusting relationships and help Members to build solid networks of support that enable them to function in the least restrictive and most natural environment, and to achieve an improved quality of life on their terms.
