Help to grow the mission and vision of Home Hospice Association in your community by becoming a Compassionate Companion trained and equipped to provide peer-based end of life support to those facing death and their loved ones including their pets. Together we can provide compassionate end-of-life care to friends, family, neighbours, co-workers and those with no family or support system at all.
