Providing Resources and Independence for Youth Development (PRIYD) offers one-to-one and group support to children and youth with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs. Integration Support Workers formulate goals, action plans and strategies together with clients and their caregivers, under the support and guidance of the Coordinators and Managers.

Under the general direction of the Director of Youth Justice Services and immediate supervision of the Coordinator of William E. Hay, the Youth Worker is responsible for providing direct services to YSB clients in accordance with policies and directives established within YSB.

The Emotional Chat Volunteer, also known as a Certified Listener will be providing emotional support on the online chat platform and provide support to chatters who are in distress.
