About the presenter

Wendy Smith launched Sargent Solutions Inc. in 2006 to fill gaps in the nonprofit space by tying fundraising, finance, and database management together to solve problems where solutions aren’t always evident. Sargent Solutions is named after Wendy’s late father, a role model who was disabled after a horrific work-related accident before she was born. Growing up, Wendy witnessed her parents’ giving back to a community that had given them endless support in a time of need, cultivating her belief that one person can make the world a better place.

This belief led to the development of Sargent Solutions, with a cohesive team of high-level achievers who are dedicated to making a difference by helping charities help the world. With unique skills and knowledge, the team provides solutions that save money, optimize departments, and unleash their clients’ true fundraising potential.
