Celebrating Canadian Women’s Diversity

Join BPW Ottawa to celebrate International Women’s Day through the virtual event “Celebrating Canadian Women’s Diversity” on March 17 at 6:45 pm EST; main event will start at 7 pm EST.
Speaker Jenny Gulamani-Abdulla is a member of the International Bar Association with a Juris Doctor in Law from U.S.; and, she is the co-founder of the Canadian Federation for Citizenship. Jenny has been listed as one of “Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner” by the Women’s Executive Network. Jenny will discuss the value of education, work, and passion; and, she will share the importance of leading by example.
Speaker Ruba Chabani is an Architect and a Chocolatier; interestingly, she is also a civil war survivor. Ruba is the founder of @Ruby_chocos, a personalized chocolate maker. She will share her journey as a mother, a refugee, and an entrepreneur.
