What You Will Do

  • Cultivate Corporate Partnerships: Lead and grow RBG’s corporate partnership program, encompassing sponsorships, strategic partnerships, cause marketing, and the corporate volunteer program.

  • Drive Success: Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, from identification to stewardship, ensuring partnerships align with RBG’s goals.

  • Craft Compelling Proposals: Develop tailored, impactful sponsorship and partnership proposals that align corporate objectives with RBG’s mission.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with fundraising, sales, and program teams to align partnerships with organizational priorities.

  • Analyze and Innovate: Use data to refine strategies, evaluate performance, and enhance partnership success.

  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure seamless post-award management, compliance, and reporting to maintain strong funder relationships.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate partnership development, sponsorship, cause marketing and relationship management.

  • Strong written communication skills to craft compelling proposals and reports.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and workflow planning.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple opportunities and deadlines.

  • Collaborative and relationship-focused, with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of conservation, education, or cultural programming is an asset.
