PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategies to optimize business operations.

Oversee the execution of key business projects and initiatives.

Manage and mentor a team of business operations professionals.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with organizational goals.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership.

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial goals.
-
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and funding partners.

Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising materials.

Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
-
Track and report on fundraising performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Build strong relationships internally and externally to become an integral part of the senior leadership team

Become quickly knowledgeable of operational processes, business rules, constituencies, participants, and operating environment.

Provide strategic oversight and identify opportunities to refine processes, increase efficiency, and reduce expenses across all operational areas.

A vital member of the Management team, bringing an operations perspective into organizational strategy.
