The Change Make-Her Program

GOOD TO BE GOOD is pleased to announce a third cohort for the Change Make-Her program! This FREE interactive virtual program is for women and gender-diverse folks* interested in developing their entrepreneurship and leadership skills through mentorship-based training workshops, skills development, community building, peer support, resource-sharing, and other opportunities. We believe that entrepreneurism can be a meaningful pathway for women and gender-diverse people facing multiple barriers and forms of oppression to generate income, build confidence and community, and self-determine aspects of economic circumstances.
Each group session empowers you with the fundamentals of growing a business of any kind on your terms while connecting you with other entrepreneurs and industry professionals in the community, mentors, peer support workers, and accessible tools for your business. The seven-week program focuses on subjects related to entrepreneurship and leadership, such as choosing your business structure, finance planning, business 101, well-being practices, community building, marketing, and brand.
Mentor and entrepreneur Marsha Roc will guide all workshops. Our guest mentors and speakers include Maggie Aurocco from bluboho, Nadege from IG Wealth Management, Abby from MakeWay, Opal Rowe from Stush Patties, Jenn Harper from Cheekbone Beauty, and many others!
The program runs on Saturday mornings (Eastern time) between October 15, 2022 – November 26, 2022. Participants who have been welcomed to join the cohort will be asked to fill out a pre-survey before the program begins to gauge interests, needs, and goals.
