In the evolving landscape of Ontario’s health care system, strategic planning is crucial. But many community-based organizations struggle to lead an efficient strategic planning process that engages stakeholders and boards successfully.
LeaderShift has partnered with Santis Health to launch a new online program called “Charting the Course to Success: A Strategic Planning Course for Community Health Organizations”. Developed by Santis’ strategic planning specialists, this eight-hour modular course will equip leaders with the following:
- a comprehensive understanding of key components of an effective strategic planning process and elements of a well-designed strategic plan;
- practical tools and examples of essential documents you can use in your strategic planning process;
- the confidence and expertise to lead your organization towards its strategic objectives, driving positive change and long-term success;
- an understanding the value of effective prioritization, evidence-informed decision making and resource allocation;
- techniques for operationalizing and creating a visually engaging strategic plan upon completion of the course.
Who is this course for?
This course is tailored for any community health organization seeking to build their capacity around strategic planning. It will be especially helpful for organizations that face challenges in dedicating time, resources, and capacity to strategic planning.
This is the perfect opportunity to use any year end or one-time government funding that may be available in your region.
