Manager – Shelter, Transitional Housing & Live-In Treatment (LIT) Program

The Manager, Shelter, Transitional Housing & LIT is responsible for the weekend operations of the Youth Transitional Housing and Shelter (YTHSP) and Long-Term Intensive Treatment Program (LIT). The Manager, Transitional Housing & LIT works with the City of Toronto and Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure youth in the shelter and residential treatment systems have optimal outcomes by overseeing intense case management and programming.

Diversion Case Manager

The Diversion Case Manager provides direct support for youth experiencing, or who are at-risk of homelessness to secure safe housing alternatives to emergency shelter that is appropriate to their circumstances including acquiring or to maintain existing housing.

Senior Manager, Clinical Services

The Senior Manager of Clinical Services, in collaboration with the leadership table, is responsible for setting the direction and service delivery for YouthLink’s core clinical services; Individual, Family and Group Therapy. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and Live-In Treatment, and as part of the leadership team, this role provides leadership to YouthLink in service of the mission.

Youth and Family Therapist (Live-In Treatment)

This position is responsible for providing high quality individual, family and group psychotherapy services for YouthLink’s Live-In Treatment (LIT) Home. LIT is a nine-bed live-in treatment home for female identified youth (14-18) and youth who are gender fluid, non-binary and transitioning. The program is for young people who would benefit from intensive live-in treatment looking to address their mental health and emotional wellness.

Youth and Family Therapist

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional client service related to individual psychotherapy, family and group therapy for individuals aged 12-24 and their families.
