The Neighbourhood Group Community Services is a social agency serving more than 40,000 low-income people and families in 30 locations across Toronto. Receptionist – 260 Augusta Ave

The Receptionist welcomes community members to the center and provides information and referrals to visitors, service users, callers and staff in a busy client-centered social services environment. The individual in this role acts as the main communication link in the UHHS department. This position may be asked to work out of 260 Augusta Ave or 688 Coxwell Ave based on program needs.

Community Worker- Corner Drop-In

Work as a member of the Drop-In team to provide an enriched drop-in setting for homeless and socially isolated adults. Engage, assess, refer and support Drop-in visitors as appropriate, and inform new visitors of all services and opportunities.

Childcare Manager – Waterfront

The Manager Child Care (Manager) reports to the Senior Manager Child Care (Senior Manager). The incumbent works as part of a team of Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) to create a safe, caring, and educational place for children at one child care site.

Harm Reduction Case Manager (Drop-In)

As a member of the UHHS team, you will facilitate group programs to provide an enriched community setting, to decrease isolation and increase meaningful engagement. Using harm reduction approach, you will support individuals achieve their goals to increase overall stability and well-being.

Financial Analyst

The Financial Analysist reports directly to the Senior Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting at the Neighbourhood Group Community Services (TNGCS) and is responsible for recording journal entries, maintaining financial records/general ledger, performing financial analysis and bank reconciliations, assisting with solving problems, supporting month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, assisting audit functions and other routine accounting function

Childcare Manager, Winchester

The Manager Child Care (Manager) reports to the Senior Manager Child Care (Senior Manager). The incumbent works as part of a team of Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) to create a safe, caring, and educational place for children at one child care site. Some Child Care Centres are located inside Toronto District School Board Schools (TDSB and TCDSB) while others are stand-alone locations across the city. The Manager ensures day to day operational excellence at the child care site.
