As an Employer Services Consultant, you would be an essential team member responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with employers in multiple sectors interested in hiring our job seeker clients and accessing the other services we have available.

You would also work directly with our job seeker clients, including an assigned caseload, to provide job coaching and job development support, including direct connections to employment opportunities developed through relationship building with employers, among other essential duties.

As a Program Support Specialist with our regional or national Youth Thrive programs, you would be an integral member of the project team. Some of your responsibilities would include presenting the program to potential youth participants including those who identify as Indigenous or are underserved from equity-deserving groups, conducting intakes and assessments, and developing tailored service plans with appropriate interventions to help youth participants achieve successful outcomes.
