There are over 8,000 people in Toronto without a safe stable place to live. Hundreds live “rough” in ravines, stairwells or on the street. Hundreds more suffer with mental health and addictions issues. This forgotten slice of our population, people who have been street-involved for several years and who have nowhere else to go, is where Homes First comes in. We provide Housing First. We were the first and remain one of the largest providers of homes for people with the fewest options in Toronto.

This position supports clients in their housing by assessing and supporting their needs and adhering to the mission statement and policies & procedures of Homes First Society.
Contract Programming Supervisor in Scarborough – CPS-M
The Programming Supervisor will design, implement and oversee events, outings and recreational activities that are tailored to the needs of the residents at our site.
Client Programming Coordinator – CPC-24
The Client Programming Coordinator will work with the Client Services team to enhance the well-being of clients by designing and implementing programs, outings, and recreational activities based on client feedback. The position will evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of these programs, respond to client emergencies, and ensure compliance with Homes First policies, including harm reduction strategies.
Community Health and Harm Reduction Supervisor – HRS-24
The Community Heath and Harm Reduction Supervisor will focus on coordinating, planning, and evaluating harm reduction initiatives. They will integrate meaningful participation for clients and develop complex case plans to prove overall comprehensive support, referrals, and crisis interventions while fostering community partnerships and ensuring the effective use of resources.
