Description
Vancouver Foundation is accepting applications for our Board of Directors until January 31st, 2025 and we’re seeking candidates with two or more of the following:
- Accounting and auditing experience (CPA qualified);
- Institutional investment experience (CFA qualified);
- Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion experience;
- Representation and Community Engagement (specifically Black or Indigenous individuals with experience living outside of the Lower Mainland); and
- Governance and human resources experience.

We will invite shortlisted candidates for an interview on February 26th or 27th and will present recommended candidates to the Board of Directors in April.
