Living Standards Coordinator (2024-499-CC)

The LSS is responsible to carry out work within a participant-directed and harm-reduction model of support. This reflects compassion and non-judgemental qualities while assisting participants to be accountable for their home environment and lease obligations. The Specialist will use motivational techniques to assist tenants with challenges related to fire safety concerns in unit with overcrowding and/or hoarding, as well as challenges related to participation
