The EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Knowledge Mobilization Centre is thrilled to announce that our Fellows Program is now accepting applications for the upcoming cohort! This unique initiative aims to foster a more inclusive and diverse non-profit sector by supporting leaders and board members dedicated to advancing equity and representation.
About the Fellows Program: Our fellowship program is a 9 week program designed to empower change-makers who are passionate about creating a more inclusive non-profit organizations. We welcome applications from board members and leaders across various backgrounds, professions, and experiences, all committed to championing diversity and dismantling barriers. The program offers:
- Support to review workplace employment systems to identify and remove barriers impacting the representation and inclusion of Indigenous Peoples and equity deserving groups on Boards and in leadership positions.
- Curated EDI interventions, knowledge building and skills development focused on the non-profit sector
- Interactive lessons, real-life case studies, and practical exercises, meaningful reflection
- Professional coaching support, mentorship, in-depth self-assessments, and bespoke EDI support.
- Access to a local non-profit EDI social network
