An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Monday, repeating until May 30, 2022
A free weekly mindfulness group that focuses on your wellbeing and teaches you the tools & practices needed to lower anxiety and boost memory & focus. Classes occur on Mondays from 3:00-4:00pm.
